Spin Cycle: A 45-minute cycling class that will push your stationary bike routine to new levels through a variety of strength and endurance intervals.
Silver Sneakers® ( Cardio Circuit): Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular & muscular endurance power with a seated/standing circuit workout.
Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a ball is alternated with non-impact choreography.
The use of a chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Silver Sneakers® (Muscular Strength & Range of Movement): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for
resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers® (Yoga Stretch): Designed to physically and mentally engage you with a variety of safe and fun yoga postures and breathing exercises.
Pilates: A class that is designed to improvethe strength, stability and mechanics of your abdominal and back muscles (your "powerhouse") using Pilates based
exercises as well as traditional flexibility and toning exercises.
Jabs & Abs: This class combines the best of Cardio Kickboxing and Abdominal training. To create to ultimate calorie burn + Get that six pack you've always wanted!
Step: Enjoy energizing combinations in this step aerobic workout. Move over the step, across the step up and down and even around the step.
A great low impact high intensity workout!
Water Aerobics: Water is the strongest element in our universe. Yet it allows you to exercise with low impact to the joints. Improve your cardiovascular strength
Group Power: is your hour of Power! This 60 min barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power
Yoga- Take your basic YOGA knowledge up to the next level. Bring the intensity level up a notch.
Zumba :- A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. COME AND ZUMBA WITH US!
Cardio Sculpt- This class includes Cardiovascular training and multi-muscle toning.
Cardio Blast- Alternate intense bouts of cardiovascular exercises including Step, Hi-low aerobics, Kick Boxing combos and boot camp style cardio.
B.R.E.A.T.H.E- A smooth combinations of basic Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi.
XTREME FITNESS Kick Boxing- This high energy class includes a warm up, several rounds of Fitness Kick Boxing combinations and finishes with abdominal training exercises. Burn an average of 500 calories in this cardio-vascular/ resistance training /plyometric XTREME workout!
